This is the ongoing drama series aired in Singapore TCS Channel 8 everyday 7pm.
I heard that the shoot for this drama series ended last sept/Oct. thus, what current drama is michelle doing, i dont really know. But I guess she is doing a drama with F4 Heart-trob Chu Xiao Tian in Taiwan.
Hmm, in this drama series casted with TCS actors and TVBS veteran (zhu mimi), Michelle saram plays the third sis in the family.
Her appearance in this drama series looked as sweet as YE SHA in MG2. However she kept a shoulder length hair straightened and dyed with some highlights. Looking more elegant than the carefree Ye Sha.
She still has the infectious laughter and her bright smiles. =)
She plays a materialistic gal (Lin Zhengting) who seeks to marry a rich man. Her counter part, Christopher Lee, a hunky actor with mediacorp (Yang Yijie ) is a $1250 a month waiter.
She refuses his love due to fact that Yijie is poor. However, the plot twists that Yijie is actually very rich with his family owning the recreational clubs he and ZhengTing is working in. Yijie just wanted to work from bottom.
Thus, love will bossom.
This show is not all about Michelle and christopher but centered around a family. Thus there are many scenes of other siblings played by various mediacorp artistes.
But this is Michelle Saram Fan Site so i dont wanna touch on that.
The show debuts Debuts April 5, 2004, Monday to Friday at 7pm. Channel 8 TCS Singapore.
Her management company is based Singapore, which is a subsidiary of Mediacorp. I believe its Hype something... Thus she has been consistently appearing on TCS. Once a year, she will appear in a drama series. i guess that is a good rate bearing in the huge amounts of artistes TCS has.
She has consecutively won the 10 most popular artiste award in Singapore and I believe with this show she can be up running for it again. For an artiste who is based regionally rather than locally, it is a good achievement to win in 2002 and 2003.
SO i hope she can win in 2004. Coz she is from my same university. =)
